One of my rooms is not getting any air flow. Vent is open. Only room in apartment not getting air. Had same issue with heat. Live in condo building. Can I resolve this without calling a technician?

Hello, the duct probably became disconnected between the furnace/AC unit and the vent, you can visually inspect for that to the limit what is not covered by sheet rock.
