do you have the model number ?
Are you controlling via Tracker, Tracer, BMS or stand alone?
These units are "not off the shelf".
They can be designed to be controlled by a control system, or on board Intellipak.
The model number tells me the nuts and bolts..but I do not know what is controlling it.
If you want to change the temp...how do you do it..or switch functions or set a schedule?
If the error you are reading is on an Intellipak series control board I can tell you. If itis aftermarket I will need cross ref. Just a moment
It refers to a high head pressure fail/lockout.
Is unit totally down or fans running?
did you already move to stop/reset and then locate back to auto local?
The reset should clear the code and actually try to start the unit..then the unit would raise in pressure (running) then shut down.
You failure is not resetting. Do you have the plug in hand held?
meaning the Trane hand held communication module
It would have been left on site for facilities...it is a diagnostic tool or a program on laptop that interfaces with the control you see. If there is not one then yu would need to call Trane for a system check as this is a proprietary program.
As you see by looking at the unit, it is not a simple piece of equipment. I will open this to the others for their thoughts
