Customer Question

I tried to install a new smart thermostat, after several attempts, and rising temperatures in my house wedecided to put old thermostat back on. It's running again just not blowing out very cold air, temperatures have gone from 79-82 degrees. Is there something wrong with the wiring or is this a different problem?

I just found out in going to be working in an area with no service. I'm going to opt out of this question so another expert can help you. Do NOT respond to this until you hear from another expert. Otherwise you prevent them from seeing it as available yo them
