i have a payne heat pump air handler model pf1mnc037 the blower motor not coing on feels like a bad capacitor but can not find where is the capacitor location

Capacitor is on the blower casing if you are referring to the indoor fan unit,

You have a ecm motor, it does not have a capacitor, but you have a ecm modual mounted on back of motor with a dozen wires, you will need to replace that it is part number HK44ER155, $ 300-400
