What is model on unit ?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Olsen NG furnace model G95V080-3, sn3108A014543, blower fan does not shut off.
Expert:  airheatman replied 5 months ago.

The G95V080-3 utilizes what is called an ECM variable speed motor, Two basic things will cause the issue. The control board or the bell control on the end of the motor.Since you have already replaced board and that did not solve issue, It is going to be a bad control bell.

It looks like from serial number your furnace was manufactured in January 2008 . Many of these units carried a 10 year warranty if registered at time of purchase. Five if not.

If not under warranty the bell is probably 400 to 500 dollars and entire kit with bell and motor 800 to 900 dollars.

The most accurate way to test before replacing is to use a special tool designed for testing .
