Customer Question

I have a honeywell thermostat that is playing up. I have switched the heating/cooling off and the fan remains on auto. However the fan is still running and I have had to switch the breaker off on the panel. The batteries have been changed and the unit is clean. Any thoughts please.

My name is Billy.

The majority of the time this is the furnace and not the thermostat. 99% of the time a relay or circuit board issue is the cause.

Remove the top section of thermostat....if fan still runs it is the blower relay or circuit board in the furnace.
