I have a central air split system. The evaporator portion in my cellar does not seem to be working. Not blowing any air. Not operating at all.
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: Is that a Newfoundland dog in the photo above?

Customer: Thermostat is working. Just replaced filter. The outside condenser/compressor is working.
