Customer Question

I have a 1 unit dual thermostat system. The unit is running fine and cooling the downstairs thermostat fine. But the upstairs thermostat is not blowing any air. The Honeywell control shows zone 1 and 2 lit up with green lights by the furnace but zone 3 is red. Not sure if that is the upstairs thermostat or not.
