Hello, tell me what the room temperature is, AND if you can hear the blower running or not. AND if the unit that sits outside on the ground is running or not, we can go from there

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
The room temp is 73. Yes blower is running and outside unit is running as well.

Thanks... the system is either way low on refrigerant, or the coil is iced, and the ice is blocking the air flow.

If the coil is iced the largest diameter copper tube attached to the outside unit will be very cold or frosty.

Look for that, and let me know what you find, we can go from there

Turned the unit off for a while and it just came back on. Thanks anyway.

Stay in touch, that may not have fixed it,

Ok thank you

Make sure the air filter is clean, if not the coil will get frost on it, and that will develop into ice and block the air flow.

If it was just at the frost stage, shutting it off for a while would let the frost melt but if you do not fix the cause, dirty air filter or blocked vents, it will simply frost over again then ice up overnight.
