I am changing my trane thermostat to a honeywell. On the trane, I have terminals g, b, r, y, f, w, x2, and o. The honeywell has c, g, y, o/b, rc, r aux, e , and L. the wiring colors in the wall are green, blue, red, orange, white, yellow, black, and white. The fan will cut on but when I set it to cool, heat blows out.

I have it programmed for cool. It shows on the main key paid that the system being used is the cool.

thats the issue 99% of the time. The unit comes set up for natural gas and ac.....set for heat pump and you will be all set.
