We have a Carrier Compressor and Blower and a Honeywell

Customer Question

We have a Carrier Compressor and Blower and a Honeywell Thermostat which keeps clicking off and on every few minutes. The thermostat says "connecting at the top of the screen, and the inside temperature is remaining at 77 even though it is set to 69. We are unable to change the temp. Any suggestions?
