I have a gb 142-45 buderus gas fired high effiency

hello i have a gb 142-45 buderus gas fired high effiency boiler. I had to replace storage tank due to warranty issues.evrything works fine however getting 165 degree water at taps. set bc-10 controller to 120 yet temp is not coming down. have checked resistances on supply/returnhot water temp sensors as follows supply 4.3 ohms,return 4.6 ohms and hwtem 5.25. what is causing this?

What you you have for a tank temp control? where is it connected?
