Well you have a outside unit and indoor unit correct? Outside unit has the compressor in it Indoor is just coils and fans and usually some controls. So which one is blowing warm air?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but its really sounding like your going to have to call the company that installed it because it sure does sound like a refrigerant issue/ Could be a small leak that popped up or something of that nature. Very Nice on location also :)
Customer: replied 7 months ago.
ok will do thank you
Expert:  Sean replied 7 months ago.
Your welcome, If it was a compressor issue or fan issue this is something that I could walk you thru on solving but with it being a possible refrigerant problem this has to be a licenced tech to be able to charge a unit. Please remember to rate me so I can be paid for my time, Have a good day also
