How do I test the fan motor on a Lifebreath air exchanger HRV

Customer: The HRV won't come on. Power is coming to circuit board. I tested the capacitor and reading is 5.14 Its rated at 5. Might be motor.

Can you locatee the fan wires where they connect to board and see if we are getting voltage to motor?
