A/c heater unit changed out breaker, replaced batteries in thermostat still will not turn on. Trouble shooting says there is a fuse that may burn out and replace. I had that problem when they put the unit in. But they never showed me were to replace

Hi .....can you upload a photo for me but there should be what is called a sub panel, an electrical box that is before or around your unit..........there is a door that might open sideways or slide up and there might be 2 large fuses inside..........make sure that the breaker on the main panel is off before you replace the one that is burned out

There aren't any fuses there we looked. It like car fuse that blow when he was putting in many years ago I just don't know where

I was just going to tell you about that plate ........do you have the right fuse you need?...........and you should shut the breaker first then replace

I don't really know if the fuse is blown the ends look burnt but I'll have to go get one to see. I just get them at the auto parts right?

it might be the capacitor which is an easy change also ........i think you can do it
