Have a Allagash stove with automatic ignition. The wind blew

Hi have a Allagash stove with automatic ignition. The wind blew the pilot out and now it will not light. when I put the pilot switch on CPI and turn the burner to on a red light starts blinking. What's the next step?

In the mean time can you shut power off to reset and back on it 1 min

I have done that twice. It does not seem like the gas is flowing. Also what is the red light?

IFC Battery Replacement A red LED on the IFC board indicates low battery power. 1. Switch Burner to OFF and disconnect power to the stove. 2. Access the battery box from behind the right side of the control compartment. See fig. 45. Disengage it from the hook & loop tape. 3. Install four, 1.5v AAA batteries and return box to the compartment. 4. Reconnect power to the stove.

Did that and still no gas to the pilot and the red light still comes on
