Customer Question

my heat went out today due to severe cold in MA. Once the temp got up over zero, I reset the furnace and it started. I have 2 zones and hot water ( Lennox GWB9 ) the hot water and zone 2 have come up to temp and heat is fine on second floor, but the zone light isn't on on the box and heat hasn't come back up even with an override on the thermostat

Do you have 3 pumps or zone valves for zone control?

3 pumps. 1 hot water, 2 heat zones

Ok, this could be due to a bad pump, maybe a problem with the relay that controls the pump. What do you have for a relay? brand and model please. Or possibly air in the zone or a frozen pipe.
