If the flame rollout switches are ok, we will go to the main limit switch.It will be one of a couple of different types,usually located right in the front panel of the fire box.One is a credit card sized plate with 2 terminals exposed with wires connecting and the other is an oval snap disc type.See links below.
To check limits, if you have a test meter that checks continuity we can unplug the limits and test between the terminals for continuity (closed circuit)If you do not have a test meter we can do the following.

What are first 3 numbers in model?
That is a series containing several models.Look inside for a number that starts with TUD,TDE,TDD etc.
I have to leave at midnight which is a few minutes from now so I am going to open this to other experts so you do not have to wait.
Check limit switches on burner box and by stack and see if they need to be reset. Small button should be in middle of switch, Russ
