You problaby blew a fuse in air handler.Did you forget to turn power off before removing wires?

There is probably a small auto type fuse in electrical compartment of indoor unit.

Remove panel where wires go into unit (not coil where refrigerant lines are) and locate the little blower board.Remove that little 3 amp fuse .It is probably blown.Let me know.

OK go to thermostat and remove red and green wire and touch them together and tell me if fan will come on.Thermostat is wired correctly
