If you press run the thermostat should run your program.

Nope still 80
Expert:  Rick replied 1 year ago.

Are you running the HEAT program? is the thermostat set to HEAT?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
on heat
Expert:  Rick replied 1 year ago.

Then your thermostat is probably broken if your programmed temp isn't 80 for this time period and the thermostat displays RUN

Expert:  Rick replied 1 year ago.

I assume it's not 80 in the room with the thermostat

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No it is 80 in the house!
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It's 87
Expert:  Rick replied 1 year ago.

If you want to run the AC program then the thermostat should be set to COOL.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
You've been no help. Goodbye.
Expert:  Rick replied 1 year ago.

I can only respond based on what you tell me. You haven't told me what program you want to run and until your last response I thought you wanted to run the heat program. I'm completely blind here. I can't help if you don't give me the info I need.

If you want to run the heat program and the thermostat displays RUN but isn't running the program then you need a new thermostat
