Customer Question

My pellet stove fire dies down periodically...about once an hour. Seems to not be feeding pellets, but after about ten minutes, the fire starts burning again. Cleaned hopper and put different pellets in, cleaned chimney and firebox, but it has made no difference. Could this be a faulty hopper switch? I have an Englander pellet stove model 55-TRP22
