What is the brand and model of your furnace?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Concord. How can I relight the pilot if that is the problem on the furnace? I cannot find one on the furnace
Expert:  Rick replied 10 months ago.

I'm going to open this backup to my colleagues so one of them can help. Please don't respond (even to acknowledge this post)until you get a response from us. If you respond first it will only delay your answer.

Can you remove the front panel on furnace and look on label inside for a model number?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Here is the model number I believe
Expert:  airheatman replied 10 months ago.

That is the gas valve, look on inside panel for furnace model

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Here it is. Is this an electric pilot as it shuts off the furnace when I turn it off.
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
But still no heat comes out it only just runs
Expert:  airheatman replied 10 months ago.

Let me see if I have a manual. Is there a control board in furnace?

Expert:  airheatman replied 10 months ago.

If we have a control board. Turn thermostat to call for heat, hold door switch in and see if we get a blinking light on board

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
For the furnace I don't see anything but this. I don't see any lights
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Okay so I just turned the furnace back on. I see a switch that is "on" and I see the gas the lite up. Right now it is stay on. But will probably shut off soon
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
the gas just turned off.The yellow light is flashing but the fan/motor is still going
Expert:  airheatman replied 10 months ago.

I have to step away just afew minutes but will be right back.Meanwhile see if there is a flame sensor sticking in front of last burner from igniter. If so clean it with light sand paper or a dollar bill. We will go from here.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I am unable to reach it
Expert:  airheatman replied 10 months ago.

I am back, you may have to remove a bracket to get to it,Can you attach a photo?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Attached
Expert:  airheatman replied 10 months ago.

There should be one screw from top holding it in place ,

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
No there is multiple screws and it would take the black pipe apart as well.
Expert:  airheatman replied 10 months ago.

Can you get to it enough to clean it some?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
It is a really tight fit but let me try and see
Expert:  airheatman replied 10 months ago.

If not we may have to dismantle

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Okay I wiped it off the best I could
Expert:  airheatman replied 10 months ago.

Lets see if it changed anything.Power off and retry

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
It is still doing the same thing
Expert:  airheatman replied 10 months ago.

OK we will move on.Can you tell me if the light is blinking a certain number of times, then pausing? Then repeat?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
