I just replaced the circulator, it sounds like it is

I just replaced the circulator, it sounds like it is running, it is warm, but the pipes on each side of the circulator remain cool and it seems like the water isn't moving.

hi i am dan i can help you with this. when you replaced the circulator did you drain the system? did you purge the air out afterwards?

ok do you have all baseboard heat or cast iron radiators. how was the system purged?
