Customer Question

my indoor temp is reading 63. The heat setting is on 72. My house and furnace and heat pump are 2 1/2 years old. The furnace and heat pump are made by Trane. My house is in eastern Washington state where there is now 4 feet of snow and the temp outside is 14 degrees. I have flipped the switch for power to the furnace off and waited and then turned it back on. What else can I do? Why is it not heating up the house? Bonnie Larson
