Hello
Expert:  Kcrand36 replied 1 year ago.

so your blower is not running on the furnace?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
it runs through cycle but main blower does not kick on
Expert:  Kcrand36 replied 1 year ago.

ok, so the burners light and all, probably kick off, on high limit? and as soon as the furnace cools, will go through another cycle?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
That's correct it is a two stage variable furnace
Expert:  Kcrand36 replied 1 year ago.

and you have placed the fan switch in the "on" position, with no change in status?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
the board has two diagnostic lights the one blinks normal but the other one does not come on at all
Expert:  Kcrand36 replied 1 year ago.

I'm unable to find a wiring diagram just yet of your furnace based on the model number you supplied.

But, at the furnace, if you can :

Power off

Jump R to G ( run small wire between )

power on, don't forget to hold door switch if so equipped. Does blower start?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I tried that it does nothing I put my volt meter on it and get nothing the only time I get 24v is when it goes through its cycle.im leaning toward the board being bad but I've never seen one like this I not sure if the one light should be on are not
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Furnace is about 6 years old if that's any help
Expert:  Kcrand36 replied 1 year ago.

I would test the leads to the blower first. Is it an ECM motor? (probably being variable speed), Can you take a picture of the board and use the paper clip to attach here so I can see what your looking at?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
it's ecm I tried taking picture but I don't know how to send them
Expert:  Kcrand36 replied 1 year ago.

there is a paperclip icon just above where you type your replys..... that will ask for a file or browse, when clicked.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Did you get it

Expert:  Kcrand36 replied 1 year ago.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Should bottom diagnostic light be on
Expert:  Kcrand36 replied 1 year ago.

is that a light to the left of the low voltage connections from the stat?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I'm wondering if that is diagnostic for blower
Expert:  Kcrand36 replied 1 year ago.

can see that clearly. I'm not sure if that should be on when the blower is not running. But I tend to agree with you. I would check the motor leads, (the 120v) leads.... but I'm almost convinced that your board is bad. You may as a last resort, removing the plug and re seating it.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I tried that nothing but I haven't checked the 120v
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Do you have a good web site to order parts for this furnace or is it going to be a pain since it's a coleman
Expert:  Kcrand36 replied 1 year ago.

Coleman, York, and a few others use "Source 1" parts. problem is I have a hard time getting your model # ***** So to get the correct board? Maybe if you can double check that model #, we might be able to find a board online for you.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I think the bot***** *****ght should be on all the time just not sure
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Is the green white and brown wires on blower is that my 120v if so I'm not getting any thing
Expert:  Kcrand36 replied 1 year ago.

I will need to check that , I did find a parts diagram,

Expert:  Kcrand36 replied 1 year ago.

parts diagram is all I can access.......

Expert:  Kcrand36 replied 1 year ago.

I believe you part # *****(###) ###-####

Expert:  Kcrand36 replied 1 year ago.

This is the only place I can see that might sell the board.

You might want to check with a "york, coleman" distributor,

Expert:  Kcrand36 replied 1 year ago.

here is the link to the parts manual
