Does the furnace have a pilot that stays lit all the time or an electronic pilot?

OK Rheem used a couple different types of igniters.Does yours light up an glow or spark (when working)?

Ok sorry about all the questions, but necessary for me to provide guidance for your specific furnace. Next look on ignition control and tell me which of the following controls your furnace has.

Let's start by cleaning the spark igniter wires with emory cloth or fine sandcloth and checking the wire to igniter and make sure it has no breaks and is making good connection.We will go from there.

the ignitor works and I see that the pilot lights. But know the gas regulator is pulsing (it clicks and allows some gas to come through then it clicks off).

OK next step is to see if the 24volts is cutting out TR and TH on control or from board to valve.
