Customer Question

I have a reznor v3 tcore 2 that stopped working...
Led indicated pressure switch
I've checked vent and I also removed switch and sucked and blew to check continuity.
But when fan kicks in the switch does not close

Hello my name is ***** ***** will be my pleasure to assist you. If the switch is not making when the ventor motor is running then the switch is probably bad. Sometimes the diaphragms in the switches crack ad then they do not hold the pressure from the vent motor to the switch. Check the tubing and the connections also poke something through the nipples that the rubber hose connects to.

It's a small set up and I can manually blow or suck to make it work and I've pokes thru the hole that goes in fan

yes and it only takes a small crack or hole in the diaphragm to lose the pressure needed to make the switch.
