What is the brand and model of your thermostat?

I have a Carrier Infinity System. I do not see any other designation.

I'm going to open this backup to my colleagues so one of them can help. Please don't respond (even to acknowledge this post)until you get a response from us. If you respond first it will only delay your answer.

Carrier thermostats are made by Honeywell in most cases, you can use a knife to slowly and gently pry the front of the thermostat from its base plate that is screwed to the wall, then look at the back of the thermostat and give me brand and model number... then tell me how many wires are attached to the base plate and to which terminal letters.

With that data I can pull the thermostat instruction manual for you.... by and large all thermostats program differently, there is no standard, you need the owners manual for that.

We can go from there without a time limit.
