Loud buzzing sound occurs when the heat is on. Heat is set for auto. Buzzing sound like a clipper that needs to be adjusted. It doesn't continue the entire time. It sounds for about a minute and then ends. Honeywell hvac system.

Where is the buzzing? at the thermostat or the furnace? if it's at the furnace what is the brand and model of the furnace?

Honeywell doesn't make furnaces just controls. A noise like you describe is usually due to a relay that's failing. Your best bet is to get a technician out to have a look on Monday. It will probably be ok until then.
