I have a Superflex model 15M gas furnace. pilot looks

Customer Question

I have a Superflex model 15M gas furnace. pilot looks healthy.
when heat is called for many small burners ignite with a very low flame. but never get a high-flame. After a long time, the blower will come on for a very short time, then turn off. I cant find any manuals on the internet. suspect it may be the red reset button?

Is there a way to test the Baso switch?

Sounds like either a problem with dirty burners or possibly a failing gas valve. Is this a really old furnace?

Looks to be pretty old. the burners look like there are a few dozen and they all have about a uniform quarter inch flame height. I dont want to just replace parts unless I can test them first. If I can get the manual, I think I can troubleshoot it.

It looks like a dual pilot?

I need some pictures of this unit. Baso valves were only in common usage decades ago and there's no way anybody has a manual for something that old. If you can give me an overall picture of the unit and pics of the controls (specifically the gas valve and Baso valve) we can take a crack at this.
