Customer Question

I have a quadrafire qvi30, from about 2003. I have having issues with the pilot light staying lit, so I replaced the whole assembly (Pilot light, thermocouple and thermopile), but now my main burner will not engage. The pilot light turns on, and when I turn the burner on, the flame increases but it is all around the pilot assembly. What is causing this?
