Welcome. My name is ***** ***** would be glad to assist.

Need some clarification on the situation.

1. In the box for the thermostat, count the number of cables?

2. Then does each cable have a black, white and ground wire?

3. Do you have a 2 lead voltage tester?

4. Are the heaters 120 volt or 240 volts?

Let me know and we can continue,

Thanks

3 cables
> one cable with black white ground
>2 other Cables come on different hole
All 3 Whites twisted together and all 3 grounds twisted together
all Blacks are separately capped for now
on a 220 circuit breaker

Ok, thanks.

Do you have a voltage tester? Can you identify the 240 volt incoming power cable?

What type of thermostat was used prior to now?

If you can identify which white and black wire is the 240 volt feed, we can get you going
