I know how to bypass the lock out I'll run it over and over for the last hour but I'm still not getting the fuel

OK do you have the cap on the tank really tight?

No took it off just in case it was airlock

OK well you may have something stuck in the line, now sounds stupid but the tank is full right?

3/4 full. Was thinking of using a air compressor in the line

Yes I would give that a shot something is stuck or blocked in the line..These usually never give that much issue priming. Let me know what happens.
