Hello and thanks for using this service, if you have been waiting do not worry or get upset I am just one of the techs on here and I try to get to as many customers as I can and I just picked up your question now.

You put diesel in your oil furnace with some gas?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
This is not a response, you have just repeated the question. Is it safe to start the furnace with the gas in the tank? It is in the 20's here and the house is very cold! Again, I put approx. 1 gallon of gas in with 25 gallons of diesel,

Yes that should be dilluted enough to work fine to start it.
