Have HVAC Questions? Ask an HVAC Expert for Answers
Hello and welcome to the service. That can be various reasons why the switch is not staying on all time and taping it in order to keep it pushed is not the right thing to do. I would advise you to call a technician to take a look at it as soon as possible. If you are in contract with a company then you might not even have to pay for any repairs if it is under warranty. If you are not in a contract try to see how you could sign up a contract with a company. That would be actually a great idea especially if your furnace is more than 15 years. Regardless what you decide to do, my advise to you is to definitely have a technician take a look at it because the problem might be more serious than it appears to be. If you have further questions do not hesitate to contact me. Also, I would appreciate your feedback by clicking accept and rating my service. Best of Luck!
