Hello,

is your heat function simply the electric strip or do you have the heat pump option also?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No heat pump.
Expert:  BillyHvac replied 1 year ago.

Thank you....do you have a meter to determine if the electrical strip has continuity?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Are u only going to ask me questions or give me the answer to fix it.
If I have given u the model no that is enough for u to know if it is heat pump or not.
So give me the possible solution to fix it or else forget it and also see that u do not charge me .OK

Possible solution? That's like saying my car doesn't start whats wrong?

I am going to assume that since you did not answer my question about if you had a meter to determine strip continuity, that you do not have a meter, or do not know how to test for continuity.

This is 220v. If you are not well versed electrically I would take it in for repair. So since I am not going to give you a fix I am forwarding to customer service for you. If you opened the unit you would see it could be many things.

I wish you the best

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Understood that u did not help fix it so no charges at all. OK
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I am ready to pay for answers and I reach the target. Not for ur questions. With no solutions.
Any way by by today and in future.
