Most likely the variable speed motor, What is model on furnace .I will verify if you have an ECM motor.IF so, this is often normal. Did it just start or is it a new furnace?

Let me grab a manual

Expert:  airheatman replied 1 year ago.

Ok got the manual. Your furnace does NOT have the ECM motor, so this is going to be a different issue. Could be a loose or broken fan bracket or something

If you can remove he bottom door we will take a look .
