Customer Question

The remote receiver does not show any power, and the heater doesn't work. I have these for more than 5 years and it always worked

If no power to the receiver and furnace does not work we have most likely lost voltage from the transformer in the furnace. What is model on furnace and do you have a volt meter to troubleshoot?
