I purchased a honeywell thermostat, model no. RTH2300B1012

Customer Question

Hi . I purchased a honeywell thermostat, model no. RTH2300B1012 5-2 for an apartment. It only regulates turning on-off a boiler for the unit. No AC. No blower fan. There are three black wires coming out of the wall. The guy who installed the thermostat did not mark the wires from the prior thermostat, and the heat is not turning on. At this point, I have no idea where the wires attach to. Can you provide any help in figuring out how the writing should go?
