Customer Question

My rooftop York HVAC unit isn't pumping out heat. The thermostat is working and seems to control the on/of and fan operations but the gas doesn't seem to kick in when the thermostat tells the heat to turn on. I've ipened up the panel on the rooftop unit and can't tell why the ignighter isn't tripping or gas isn't flowing. Any quick tests you can suggest to perhaps get'er going again?
(I've already reset the breaker and reprogrammed the thermostat just to check those)
Thanks
Michael
