is this a new boiler or how old is it and when did this start?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Installed a year ago. lost heat and hot water on tuesday(wife and I were outta town on vacation
Expert:  Daniel Plourde replied 1 year ago.

are you able to remove the cover and check the wiring between the board and the blower?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
How do I reverse polarity?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Is it switching x2-2 and x2-3?
Expert:  Daniel Plourde replied 1 year ago.

yes, that will switch the polarity of the blower itself. verify that X2-1 is Blue, X2-2 is White, X2-3 is black, X2-4 is red, X1-6 is green, x1-2 is white, x1-1 is Black

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
do I have to splice those because they appear to be "fixed" in their plastic molding
Expert:  Daniel Plourde replied 1 year ago.

splice what wires? are all those wires on the correct terminals?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The black and white wires going into x2-2 and x2-3 seem so be fixed. I can't pull them out to reverse them.
Expert:  Daniel Plourde replied 1 year ago.

you said you switched the polarity before? how did you switch it without removing those wires. by the way why are you trying to switch the polarity?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I thought I switched the polarity but I switched on the 110v ac blower circuit(which I now realize is the wrong one) so I put that back to normal.
