Did you turn the power off when you were changing the thermostat? What is the brand and model of your furnace?

Reading online it says it's a hvac system

Well if you didn't turn the power off when you were replacing the thermostat then you probably blew the low voltage circuit fuse on the control board. I can't tell you more than that since that's not a brand I recognize. I'm logging off for the night. If you need more help tonight then just relist this question.
