h, I am dan, I can help you but I need some more info. is this a new furnace? or how old is it? brand and model number of the furnace.

its honeywell, not very old i believe, 2007 model

ok, in order to get more detail about the furnace you have I will need the full model number of the furnace, but for now lets start with some basic things, what type of thermostat is on the wall?, where is the furnace located? when was the last service on the furnace? is this the first time starting it this season?

honeywell thermostat,furnace in basement, just last yr,the heating yes- i just went to operate it......in the furnace, i noticed only one flame......but its not working

ok, this is a fairley simple fix but I man require disassembling some parts of the furnace, I can walk you through it but it will require some mechanical knowledge on your part. is this something you think you can handle?
