We have a Honeywell Thermostat Model RTH2300B ... We forgot

We have a Honeywell Thermostat Model RTH2300B ... We forgot how to program it..we tried to set it to 68 but it keeps defaulting to 62... We do not want to change the setting, just set it at minimum 65 if possible.
The furnace pilot light is on...
What do we do???
