I have a GE Zoneline AZ58H15DACM1 that has a bad blower

I have a GE Zoneline AZ58H15DACM1 that has a bad blower motor. I have the unit disassembled but can't figure out how to disconnect the fan from the motor. It is the "squirrel fan" not the condenser fan motor.

There should be a screw that attaches blower wheel to motor shaft .You have to stick too through opening to remove. See below:
