Have a Burnham boiler, I must always turn boiler switch off than back on to get my zone 4 ( hot water) to work ??? Service tech changed our board out , could that be problem? Thank you The Pierces

This boiler doesn't have a control board like other more recent model boilers. It does have an ignition control but that doesn't control the draft fan which should be the first thing that comes on when there is a call for heat. You could have a faulty fan relay that needs a jolt to get started if the fan isn't running. Beyond that I'd need more info which would probably include some trouble shooting with a meter when the unit is down.

I don't understand "when I reset board - fan does operate". The fan is independent of the ignition control. Do you mean when you cycle the power off then back on again? The ignition control isn't even energized until the draft pressure switch proves adequate draft.
