If those are the only lights lit on the control then you don't have call for heat or the boiler isn't recognizing a call for heat. Is the thermostat turned up? do you have an indirect fired water heater that uses the boiler water to heat you hot water (if you did you probably wouldn't have hot water)? How many thermostats do you have?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Right no hot water
Expert:  Rick replied 1 year ago.

Ok, what do you have for a water heater?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Amtrol hot water maker Boiler Mate

do you have a zone valve or a dedicated circulator for the BoilerMate?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Expert:  Rick replied 1 year ago.

That wasn't a yes or no question. Zone vale or circulator dedicated to the BoilerMate? it's one or the other? if you have zone valves there will also be at least i circ.

Expert:  Rick replied 1 year ago.

You have 24 vac at the zone valve transformer?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
24 ish
Expert:  Rick replied 1 year ago.

Ok, do you have a zone valve controller or do they connect directly to the boiler?

Expert:  Rick replied 1 year ago.

It would be 1 low voltage lead from the zone valve to the boiler

Expert:  Rick replied 1 year ago.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Power and TSAT / CIRC Are on solid
LIMIT DAMPER FLAME Are off
NO flashing
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Are you still there?
Expert:  Rick replied 1 year ago.

Yes, checking on possibilities. Is the circ running? do you have power to the circ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Makes noise
Expert:  Rick replied 1 year ago.

Try cycling the power off wait a minute then back on again. If the problem persists you probably have a faulty temp sensor (it's connected to the SENSOR plug on the control).

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok will try that and message back
Expert:  Rick replied 1 year ago.

If the sensor isn't the problem then the troubleshooting guide says to replace the control unit.
