Customer Question

We just had our furnace serviced for the Winter. As soon as the tech left (that evening) we noticed water in our basement. He replaced the water source yesterday (said it was a valve that caused the leak). It is still leaking a good amount of water. What is the problem?
We have had the furnace on the past couple of days when the weather cooled.
Thank you for your help .
