I have a Rheem Quiet 80. I recently switched out our thermostat and now it won't work. The wires are all connected appropriately. Any thoughts?

Ok there were several different versions...do you mind taking the doors off and checking or taking a pic and posting...it is either a fuse...or if older and not fuse protected a transformer.

I found what looks like a 3 amp fuse that has blown in the top right corner.
