Hello,
I am very sorry to deliver info you will not find helpful....however I feel you deserve a response.
The answer is ..you cant.
The unit will not allow a setpoint below a damage setting. Freezing is 32 thus the 35 is set with a safe zone of only 3 degrees.

Billy, That answer is not correct, the units that run in colder climates with glycol or methanol loops are set for 20 degrees.
